Here is my version of double tulips in all their multi-petalled glory! So beautiful with all the complicated petal structure more common to a peony or a very well-bred rose. In fact these are sometimes called 'peony tulips' and you can see why this is so. I have attempted, as always, to reproduce an example of the beauty that nature can produce so that all might enjoy at any time of the year.
