My abstract drawing captures the significance of human survival. Like during times of war, the pandemic has brought us back to our basic need of survival, like making sure we have food and a roof over our heads. At the moment, keeping safe in regard to our health takes precedence, even over our contact with others. The X symbol illustrates, for me, the value of life, our health and helping each other.
My drawing in another context can be used as a way to meditate.
