Artwork Description

Mixed Media on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

Signed certificate of authenticity.

The colourful Rainbow Bee-Eater is found all over Australia and is often confused with Kingfishers. Usually found in small groups they congregate to roost by the hundreds in small leafy trees or on river banks. Because of the bright colours I decided to paint a cloudy background and have them bobbing and weaving.
