I tend to wear red shoes continually in homage to the silliness of fashion in general and I also wear red socks, though not often at the same time and certainly not two of them (socks I mean) of the same colour at the same time.
Fashion is pretty silly and socks are one of the silliest items – a little tube to go betwixt foot and shoe. Weird. So I don’t take them seriously.
The flippers would probably help if one were to go flying from a directional point of view. I don’t know. Aeronautical engineering not my strong point.
