I have been scanning film images from my work before the digital era. I am not especially nostalgic about the darkroom era but am interested in the physicality and transparency of film as an object. In this case the image is physically layered with a randomly open page of a dictionary.
A reliquary is a place where relics are stored. In this was the material relic has also been archived to a digital reliquary.
