Disembarking from the Light Rail on Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise.

The sun was just about disappear behind one of the few lower height buildings in Surfers Paradise. As a tourist destination Surfers Paradise is comprised of high density tall apartment buildings and hotels. So the sun is effectively gone quite early in the afternoon like any Downtown in a large city.

Except for those relatively few locations where quite accidentally there is a direct path through all the high-rise buildings. City planning and development don't cater for photographers obviously, but neither do they conspire against us, so there are a few locations where the sun still gets through.

This is one of those locations.
