Image of a crashing wave at Petrel Cove, near Victor Harbor, South Australia.
Picture was shot on 35mm with a 400mm prime lens, at last light. I absolutely adore the cold, Antarctic waters that terminate at the Fleurieu Peninsula. I'm not normally pre-disposed to surf photography - I possess neither the gear nor the inclination to shoot it. But the beauty of a wave cannot be ignored.
