Joachim Froese is an art photographer who has exhibited for more than 20 years across Australia, Europe, Asia and North America. His images are included in numerous public collections including the National Gallery of Australia, the National Portrait Gallery, and the Queensland Art Gallery/Gallery of Modern Art. Although he has gained international recognition in particular for his still life photography, his work regularly expands the boundaries of genres and shifts between the still life and nature photography, nature photography and portraiture, portraiture and the still life.
