A nautical shed sits on the edge of the Wellington coastline and looks toward the harbour entrance, and South Island further on. The soft and grainy film stock gives the image an other-worldly feel and creates a low-contrast harmony between the clouds, the sea, and the land.

The image has been professionally scanned from the original 35mm negative, and printed using archival pigment ink on resin-coated Kodak lustre photographic paper. The black border indicates a full-frame uncropped image. This image is also available as a handmade darkroom print using traditional photochemical techniques and archival toner.
The default print size is on 12”x16” paper, which equates to an actual image size of 25.5cm x 37.5cm.

The photographic paper size is not indicative of the actual image size on the print as there needs to be white space to allow for framing as well as the edition number & signature.
