Infrared is a form of light... light that we cannot see with our eyes. Infrared light falls just outside the visible spectrum, beyond the edge of what we can see. In botany, a tree is a perennial plant with an elongated stem, or trunk, supporting branches and leaves in most species. Plants and trees reflect infrared light and are captured on a specially modified camera.
