Artwork Description

This painting records one of those 'serendipity moments'. I was totally distracted from the art I was working on when I saw these flowers on their trees in our garden. There had been weeks of rain and it was lovely to see Spring arrive. I just had to paint them.

There are red Bottle Brush, yellow (small wattle) Acacia, Banksia, and pink and white Grevillea.
To keep a flow to the work the white is gently reflecting the colours of the flowers and leaves.
Because the arrangement is very busy I've not added folds of the cloth.
