A beautiful calm morning at City Beach with my husband and (then baby) son inspired this work. I left the boys in the shade of a towering Norfolk pine and floated around, newly refreshed in the warm salty shallows and in awe of the ever changing sparkling refractions . Freedom and calm can be found in this scene any day. The mid length fractals created by the ocean and other natural sights has been scientifically proven to relax our minds when viewed.
