First image from my Double Vision series of famous portraits. The Girl with a Pearl Earring is a favourite painting of mine; I have painted it four times in the past twelve or thirteen years. I wanted to challenge myself and it was hard as my eyes were not used to looking at double vision, but in the end they were used to it.
