Mixed media painting on 101x101cm canvas stretcher by Richard Roper. This painting was inspired by a camping trip canoeing on the Noosa River Everglades in Queensland Australia. The peace and serenity and sense of timelessness in this secluded part of the river was overwhelming and conjured up thoughts of the ancient elements of earth, air, fire and water.
