'Day's End' is an acrylic painting framed in beautiful natural Tasmanian Oak.

It won the $2.5k 'Paint the Pub' prize during the first annual Woollahra 'Paint Queen Street' Art Prize.

The work depicts a woman walking home along Woollahra's picturesque Queen Street after a day of work. The unmistakable terrace entrances and leafy tree-lined street are clearly on show. The brilliant late afternoon light is championed through the bright whites and dark blacks of the unique monotonal piece.
