I am interested in the calm relaxing feeling one feels while floating on water or when watching airborne matter slowly fall to earth such as paper, feathers or leaves.
My interest in the material properties of the paint and the contrasting textures of gold and paint are as important in this work.
This work is part of a series that I created as a digression to some stresses in my life at the time.
