This artwork was inspired after hearing a talk by Nicholas Wilton, an artist from the USA. I love the flow of alcohol inks on non porous surfaces and I like experimenting with different substrates. I like the interaction of the inks with melamine, an unusual substrate, welcoming yet sturdy. I can let the inks flow spontaneously or I can use a brush to add highlights, creating a landscapes with many surprises.
