I painted this original painting as a gift for my husband who loves Monkeys. I know we don't have them in Australia swining around wild and free but I wish we did. Imagine the mischief they'd create along side our naughty Cockatoos!

This piece is inspired by my fascination with old natural history illustrations and reminds me of the beautiful luxurious wall panels you’d see in Parisian Apartments in the 18th Century. These Blue Monkeys belong in a glam room filled with parlour palms and ferns and preferably over your well stocked bar cart! looks great as a pair hung along side my Black Cockatoos (pictured) which is available in the same sized print.
