I visited Half Moon Bay in Antarctica last November and was inspired by the other worldy beauty of it and the life that resides there. Beautiful and delicate Antarctic Terns, Mosses , Lichens and a colony of nesting Chinstrap penguins. In my mind I had thought of the Antarctic as a barren cold place , but in late spring it is full of life that is relatively undisturbed by human interference. Icebergs are amazing shapes and shades whites, greys, teals and blues.I hope that I have brought some of the wonder of the region, and the deep connection that I felt for nature there.
