When I was holidaying in England several years ago I was struck by the number of dogs everywhere we went. I was watching the sea on one occasion, lost in thought, when I noticed that I was being watched by these two beautiful dogs. They were killing time while their owners were lost in conversation. They showed such curiosity and focus I needed to paint them.
This painting has already been professionally framed in a military red 3cm wooden frame.
