Artwork Description

Acrylic on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

Signed on the front.

Have you ever tried to talk about your own vulnerabilities? have you ever done it with confidence? its interesting to try it, talk to someone you're comfortable with about it, do it unashamedly no matter how nervous it may make you, sit with the feelings you have and your vulnerabilities will become strengths. This painting is an exploration of what it is to deal with ones vulnerabilities, the soft yellow and blues are meant to reflect a feeling tenderness but also uncomfortability, and the flurried hands in different position are my attempt at capturing the gestures and body language of a person as they explain their vulnerabilities to me. It is beautiful to see people open up in their own unique way, we should all do that more often.
