Artwork Description

This work is a depiction of the break wall at Nobbys beach in Newcastle. I was always drawn too this area watching the ships go back and forth carrying their colourful cargo. In my head i'd try and imagine the journey that each of the containers was going on, where it might end up, what might happen on the way. I found it quite enthralling to watch these steel giants shifting through the water with such ease.

Each canvas in the triptych is 61cm x 76cm.
