Last week I noticed a group of small beautiful birds using the trees, shrubs and bushes in our front yard as a feeding ground before retiring for the night. I noticed that whilst not 'all' our vegetation is not native it provided essential cover for these small creatures as they forage for food. Be mindful of other lives when creating your own living space.
