I painted this outback Australian scene whilst travelling through Queensland. It was hot, hotter than a hot thing on a hot day in downtown Hotville.
The colour of the earth, a thousand shades of red in stark contrast against the blue sky, could be surely found nowhere else, but outback Australia.
