A group of Puffins can sometimes be referred to as a circus. So, would that mean they are like the clowns of the sea… with those big red shoes and a shiny red nose? To me quite a dapper clown though, wearing a black tux. So I’ve aptly named this guy Popov after Oleg Konstantinovich Popov, a Soviet and Russian clown and circus artist. People’s Artist of the USSR (1969).
