Autumn is my favourite time of year, especially for going on long walks around parks and nature reserves which are dotted or lined with the most impressive and stunning maple trees - in all shapes and sizes and colours. There's a view from a nearby reserve that inspired this sweet little landscape. Lush green valleys and mounds, waterways and little ponds, beautiful clouds decorating the skyline, but most of all, those pops of deep auburns, pinks, reds, and rust that are the scattered leaves still adorning the trees... or dropped below where the breeze catches them and dances them across the paths in front of me. I adore this time of year, and I adore this little palette knife painting reminiscent of a walk amongst the maple trees.
Created on artist quality cotton canvas, and framed in beautiful Vic Ash timber, this is satin varnished, ready to hang or sit as a decor piece, and comes with a COA.
Thank you for considering "Maple Tree Walk".
NB: While every effort is made to capture the true colours and details of my artwork, every screen is different and art viewed online does not do my work justice. Slight differences may be evident between a screen image and the true tone of my work which is more vivid and beautiful in reality. Scale may also be slightly off due to the insitu art app used, so please ensure you measure your space. Thank you!
