The coast is where I run to when I need to seek out calm. There's something about the depth of the ocean, the untouched sands, and beautiful moody skies that calms my senses and soothes my tired soul. I can exhale. I can breathe. I am calm. Looking at this seascape evokes calm for me. I hope you feel it too.
