This is a seascape. A simple turquoise seascape. Except it wasn’t. Nope! I was attempting an abstract landscape...a vision I had in my head, in different colours that I don’t usually like, using different tools I don’t usually use. And it just wasn’t working!

So in a frenzy I scraped it all back and went back to what I know best. A seascape with a palette knife. This is the result. A heavily emotive piece, that is lush with texture. Aptly named Surrender.

This has the option of a beautiful natural oak float frame. Please message if you’d like this option for an additional $90. It is varnished, and ready to hang with a COA.
