After I stepped back from painting this piece I noticed a monster amongst the drips. I decided this was the monster of mess and chaos.

Series Profile:

Introducing Figment, my new abstract-art series. Through these pieces I explore mixing abstract expressionism and ink blotting (Rorschach Test) using various acrylic paints and inks. This method encourages people to see different things when they look at my art. Some may see a face, others may see a scene. I wanted every individual’s interpretation to be different, to highlight that people really do see the world differently to others.
