As Australians we seem to be attracted to, and love, the ocean. I don't swim regularly, but have enjoyed the healing power and attraction of our oceans. It's an overwhelming experience of natures' power, and in this work I've depicted that experience...the colour, movement and feeling of the water; the reflected light. Small spots of gold have been added to highlight the joy and vibrance of the whole imaginary scene. This painting is about feeling the mood of the ocean, and being immersed in its' waters.
