" Blue Tongues " was my local beach break in my hometown of Margaret River. It's tucked away in the southern corner of a beach called Redgate, with the majestic cape track trailing off in the distant outcrop.
I loved the process of painting this piece- experimenting with creating a sense of atmosphere, the haze of sea spray combined with autumn sunset hues. It was challenging but so rewarding!
