Oil on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.
Signed on the front.
Inspired by the view from Telegraph Hill overlooking Marlgu Billabong in the Parry Lagoons nature reserve near Wyndham in WA.
I could sit and look in awe at this landscape all day as the billabong snakes it's way through the plains towards the shimmering heat haze over the ranges beyond, providing a home for soooo many birds (and salt water crocodiles of course).
And if that's not enough, the majestic boabs stand proud on the hill in this magnificent landscape.
Presented on a heavy duty stretcher frame and finished with a matt wax varnish.
The painting continues around the edges so there is no need for further framing.
