I have been wanting to paint a warmer toned coloured piece lately (most of my recent original works have been black and white). When I saw the refernece photo I knew I had to capture it within a painting. I love landscape compositions, I find them quite dramatic and cinematic. I lean towards this composition because I find it aesthetically pleasing and hence I love painting that way too.
