CASH. Is this the end?
I’ve had a hard time spending cash as nobody has been accepting it during covid time. During my lifetime I never thought I would witness cash could be a thing of the past.
I’ve been thinking about the concept of money and that a piece of paper can be worth whatever is written on it. Yet it is only valuable when accepted.
I have created my own $200 notes in the form of lino prints over spray paint. They are each worth $200 as stated in the image. Over time I would like to see them increase in value. This is dependent on the direction of my art career. In saying that, I promise to work hard on your investment and would like to see you double the value of your $200 note within 1 year. I see art as a commodity that is stable and only growing in value. Invest wisely. See what your $200 can do for you.Â
