Artwork Description

This is part of a series of conducted sketches looking at the yacht and its many ways of possible interpretation. This study was done from life at a local marina and focuses on a distilled movement between subject and space.

This is a drawing that suggests more than it shows and as such becomes more interesting than a fully drawn and detailed rendering. This was also my intention with it and I think it remains fresh because of that decision.
