This large contemporary floral painting 'Desert Tears' has been created using acrylic paint on stretched canvas and is one created for my 'Serendipity' exhibition in Mildura. It depicts the Sturt Desert Pea with its dramatic red tones against the more muted green grey tones of the foliage. This oil painting is coated with an UV protective oil based varnish to preserve and protect the artwork. The sides of the canvas are painted white with a 4 cm white border around the edge of the image. This stretched canvas painting is ready to hang or may be framed if you prefer. Commissioned paintings happily undertaken.
