The ocean is my favourite thing to paint. Here I’ve used high-flow acrylic paint as well as texture to give the feeling of movement. The painting continues over the edges as shown in photographs. Two of the edges, I’ve left ‘messy’ as I feel it contributes to the feel of the piece. I’m more than happy to continue the dark edge all the way round if that’s what’s preferred.
