This artwork, stylishly framed in a simple slim black frame and white mount, was inspired by viewing the Lake Eyre in flood this year, from the air. The flood is an amazing natural phenomenon, and when I saw it, was a caramel coloured mass of water, edged in pink and blue. This is part of a series of works based on aerial views of inland landscapes with lakes and rivers.
