adj. producing a beneficial effect

This started out a more literal sense of the word and trying to portray a beach scene with pink pastel sand and turquoise water, it didn't come together as a cohesive pattern because of all the textural patterns. I decided to make it a little more like you were in the water or looking at the water from above.
I love the twist and turns of the deep phthalo blue and grey into the crimson and splash of turquoise.

I've taken a very long break (over 6 months) from painting and have just revisited by "State of Being Alphabet" series. I started this series in 2014.
Here is the letter P which is represented by 'Parlous', adj. Dangerous or difficult.
I'd like to think it shows the struggles of making decisions and the long road an artists faces.
