Artwork Description

Mixed Media on paper, ready to hang.

Signed on the back.

In this painting I was reminded of the way some hillsides are so steep as to defy you walking up the slope. Also, in this case the marks I made seemed to defy logic as I endeavoured to avoid a cliche landscape look. When I work intuitively like this, marks occur that definitely aren't logical. It's exciting and inspiring! I guess these hills are "high pasture"! There are seven other images in this series that can be mixed and matched to display in groupings.
