This artwork is influenced by my local surrounding, surfing with my family and whale watching. I’m fortunate to see southern right whales from the end of my street when in season. These whales in my painting are named after cosmic star patterns on their calloused skin, Virgo Supercluster and her calves, Star and Milky Way.
