This is a portrait of Peter Singer, prominent Australian moral philosopher. I have always admired the way Singer challenges us to confront the truths that underpin many of our decisions . His philosophy is honest, uncompromising and feels brutal. He demands that we do not look away from the facts. That we recognise our own cognitive dissonance, and that we think deeply and critically about our choices. I cannot live up to the standards he sets, but I am grateful that he sets them. In this pandemic time, his voice seems more important than ever.
