Upon confirming your order, you’ll receive an email with the Bluethumb account details and your order number. All you need to do is transfer from your account to ours with your order as the reference and you’re good to go. Depending on your bank, these payments can take a few days to clear so you might need just a little bit of patience. Once the payment is safely in our system, we let the artist know to go ahead and pack your artwork for a safe journey.
