Always Was, Always Will Be

Normally held in the first week of July, NAIDOC week has this year been postponed until the second week of November. The decision was announced by the council only recently, as part of their efforts to protect communities from the covid pandemic. However, just because the official celebration has been postponed, doesn't mean we can't continue sharing the incredible culture and arts of our Indigenous community.
We've gathered 5 pages of incredible art from all over the country - but really we could have kept on going for many more! With works from independent artists and remote art communities alike, there's a range of different stories and interpretations represented here, curated with this year's NAIDOC theme of Always Was, Always Will Be in mind.
