Artwork Description

Portrait of a guy whacked out in the park. I walked past him, coming back nearly an hour later and he was still there, having not moved an inch, his right shoe and sock both removed, his shoulder bag on the ground next to him. Was going to ask him if he was okay considering it was mid-morn and heating up quick, but that's kind of a coin toss as to which way it goes when striking up a chat with someone on the return leg of a trip from the Central Highlands. He was breathing anyway and sitting right under one of those multi-dome pole-mounted surveillance cams so, what do you do right?
