#10 of 22. Dream Rendering. Walking through a sandy desert, the only interference between the dunes is the odd prickly-pear cactus. The sky above is the orange of late afternoon. The sun, falling fast has no heat. Swooping above from out of nowhere a red biplane zooms over, only this one is upside down. A man is standing up on it, his feet on the wing, his hands holding the other. The plane is wildly out of control. I watch as it flies away, growing smaller it suddenly drops, clipping a rusted barbed-wire fence it goes into a death-spiral, disappearing in a plume of fire and smoke as it hits a row of shops in the distance.
