Artwork Description

Nothing is as cool as a life size Great White on your wall.... wait a minute, yes it is - a 3.5m shark cruising through the most iconic city scape in the world!

The story of how this canvas came to life is quite remarkable and was over 15 years in the making. The shark, represents the artist and the city he loves, once spending the best 6 years of his life immersed in the Gotham culture!

In a split second his circumstances changed, he upended his life and the city he called home was briefly no more. The artist moved back to Australia and the symbolic nature of this art work is the circumnavigation back to what he claims is the greatest place on the planet, New York City.

The custom made frame, the massive stretched 3.5m x 1.5m canvas and what graces the canvas we’re all made with the artists two hands making this piece extra special!

The bright and perfectly blended skyline gradients create a stark contrast to the neutral city and shark silhouettes. The life size shark almost feels real as it works it’s way through the mist to jump out at you!

A logistical nightmare to create, spray and display, this huge artwork is now a dream that has come true for the artist and the collector of its forever home!

This art has circumnavigated its way from the mind of the artist, to his gallery walls and is now ready to be enjoyed and celebrated in its new environment!

Measuring a whopping 3500mm x 1500mm this piece comes ready to hang.

Do not miss the chance to own the biggest, baddest, shark painting in Australia!
