Artwork Description

In this painting I explore the quiet strength found in vulnerability. The soft expression contrasts with the vivid chaos of paint- echoing how emotion lives beneath the surface. Colour becomes voice, texture becomes truth. This piece is a surrender to emotion, a longing to be touched not just by hands but by understanding. It’s about the courage it takes to remain open in a world that often demands armour.

Adél is a contemporary Australian artist based in Perth. Specialising in portraiture, figures, and botanicals, she discovered her passion for art later in life and pursued it wholeheartedly since 2016. A graduate of the Milan Art Institute’s Mastery Program, Adél brings depth and emotion to her work by capturing light and weaving in themes of hope, strength, and empowerment. Through her paintings, she tells stories that inspire self-discovery and freedom. She is dedicated to painting, teaching, exhibiting, and growing her art business and studio.
