Created as a unified body of work, each painting represents a distinct stage of emotional transformation:

The breaking point where emotions erupt and resistance begins.

III — Break the Tide
The decision to fight forward and move toward the light.

IV — Return to Self
The arrival at peace, clarity and self-acceptance.

Together the four works form a continuous visual narrative that cannot be fully experienced through any individual painting alone.

Executed in acrylic on canvas using layered textures, palette knife techniques and atmospheric glazing, the series explores resilience, hope, healing and personal transformation.

I’m a Sydney-based artist and mother of four, with a love for painting that began at the age of six.
Life is often busy and overwhelming, but painting has remained a quiet space that belongs entirely to me.

Most of my work is created late at night, after my children have fallen asleep.
Through painting, I explore light, space, texture, and emotion — searching for moments of calm, freedom, and healing.

Art has become more than a passion.
It is a conversation between emotion and light, and a way of finding stillness within a full life.
