YORKIE WANTS A WALKIE

Imaginative ,colourful painting of our beloved Yorky Terrier who is so intelligent,playful,full of fun and always lets us know he`s ready for his evening walks.
His normal colouring is Light/Dark browns and black but I `ve tried using many colours to capture his/her sense of mischief,fun and playfulness not to mention intelligence:-))

Hi :-),
I`ve been in the creative field for some years now, After studying for a B.Ed in Education,I spent some years teaching in the UK(Yorkshire),USA (California),Canada (Ontario)and finally my favourite country Australia...:-))

My main focus in the early days was in CARTOONING, selling to magazines and newspapers around the world.
Fellow artists say that this reflects in some of my artwork now, plus telling me my paintings tend to be in a `naive` style with an emphasis on bold ,vivid and bright colouring

I thoroughly enjoy days now creating, inventing ideas in my STUDIO with the occasional cartoon to boot.

I hope you enjoy viewing buying and owning them as much as I do creating them!
